I'm thoroughly impressed with this rice cooker! The price is unbeatable, and it delivers on its promise of perfectly cooked rice every time. The compact size is a major plus - it's small enough to fit on any kitchen countertop, store in a tiny cabinet, or even take on camping trips to whip up a delicious dinner in the great outdoors. The rice comes out perfectly cooked and tastes amazing. One of my favorite features is the warm function, which keeps the rice at the perfect temperature until you're ready for seconds. While it's not designed for large batches, it can make about 2 cups of rice, which is just right for smaller groups or individuals. Overall, I highly recommend this rice cooker for its price, performance, and portability. It's a great addition to any kitchen, and I'd definitely buy it again! Read more

I really like this rice cooker! It’s small, compact, and perfect for 1–3 people. The design is modern and looks great in my kitchen. It cooks rice evenly and the keep-warm function is very convenient. I also like that it’s easy to clean and portable, so I can take it when traveling. A very good purchase overall! Read more

This little thing is a perfect. It's so compact and cute, doesn't take up any counter space. The design is sleek and modern—it looks great in my small kitchen. Best of all, it's incredibly simple to use. Just one button! Rinse the rice, add water to the marked lines, press down, and it cooks perfectly every time. No complicated settings to figure out. The size is ideal for our family, it makes just the right amount of rice for two people, with maybe a little leftover for lunch the next day. No more wasted food! Read more

This works well. There is an instruction guide that comes with. I have a major problem with the gold programming on the front of the unit. It is very narrow script and is not outstanding. In fact, I have to pull out a flashlight and train it on the front to ensure I don't hit the wrong program. I think they were aiming for class rather than functionality. The strip adhesion was popping out of the box. But the dark on dark is not good. That is my big issue with this. Otherwise, this accommodates a variety of wet meals, anywhere from one to four servings, based upon side or main dishes. I utilized it out of the box and have made half a dozen meals in this and so far, so good. UPDATE: The problem of the programming strip wanting to come off - it was never adhered properly to begin with - and the options being small and difficult to read are one thing, but the latest development is the thing turns off. Like off. For no reason. I have to keep moving it around the kitchen and plugging it into one slot then another, finally get something working only to discover the thing has turned itself off again. Not the programming but the entire mechanism. I am thinking the issue is the (undamaged) power cord, since it's on/off electric power, but I have no idea why it's doing that now. I have re-plugged in the cord at the base of the unit, in case it was loose but that wasn't the issue. Partial cooking or over-cooking is what's going on now as it's impossible to keep track of when exactly - how many minutes in or how many to go - the thing powers off because who has the time to stand there and stare at it? Maybe this brand manufactures functionality for a very limited timeframe? Read more

I have had this little cooker for 3 months now and I use it about 4 times a week. It’s cute in my green themed kitchen and it works for my needs. Sometimes I’ll place some ingredients on it and set the timer to delay the start a few hours later. So far I have made: - 2 servings of rice at once (1/2 a cup of dry rice + 1 cup water) - 2 servings of beans (2/3 of dry Peruvian beans soaked overnight + 2.5 cups of water + 2 garlic cloves + 1/4 of an onion) on the “stew” setting - 1/4 cup white rice + 1/4 cup lentils on the “white rice” setting -1/4 cup of white rice in 3/4 cup of blended roma tomato and garlic clove on “white rice” setting (bad taste but it did fully cook and it’s a Spanish rice recipe I’m still playing with, mostly I wanted to make sure the rice would cook with a blended tomato instead of water) -1/4 cup of white rice with 1 cup of frozen peas/corn/carrots and a frozen Alaskan salmon fillet on top on the “white rice” setting (this one is my favorite lazy meal) I did read some reviews that stated it had too much bubbling at the steam spout, but I haven’t tried making more than two servings of rice at a time. If you only cook for yourself, this is the perfect size. Read more
