I was drawn to this supplement by its ingredients: I knew that all & knew they might be helpful. Unfortunately I had an immediate reaction: I got a horrible, itch rash on the back of my neck. I’ve never had anything like that before. I only took one dose & could never bring myself to try another. I gave this product 3 stars, which is really quite generous — but I did that because I have no way of knowing whether the reaction was to this supplement. I got this for a family member who is struggling with early onset menopause. She wanted something with both Ashwagandha and Saffron because she had read they help. She is also an organic nut and these are all organic with great high quality ingredients. Does it work? I think it's hard to tell - she said she felt "a little better." Is it worth 50 bucks? Not in my opinion, you can get these same herbs and supplements even separately at a cheaper price. Good quality ashwagandha but at over 50 bucks a bottle, I just can't give them a top tier review.
