I use my clippers to cut my nails but if you have a cat or a dog and you KNOW exactly what to do because cutting your dog's and cat's nails wrong, can and will make your animal bleed to death, then I suggest you buy these instead of dog and cat clippers. With dog and cat clippers, there is a screw that constantly gets loose that you need to tighten between cutting each nail, or your animal's nails will split. I also used their cuticle pushers and they are such a pretty rainbow colored product as well as convenient to cut a hang nail as they mail all the tools that come with the cuticle pushers in a tiny and durable container, the size of a pencil to keep in my purse.
