Bought these last year for my son & wanted to leave a review now that I am coming back to order another pair! ☺️👍🏻 I love the straight leg/relaxed fit for my 9 - almost 10 year old son. Perfect length & size for him, he says they are comfortable & has wore them all last season & now going into this season. They are still holding up good as far as quality, he of course has gotten lots of stains however for the price you can’t beat it! I actually had ordered 3 pair last year (black, white & gray all size small) but they have to wear the gray for games at our rec department so that 1 gray pair was worn every single game & going into another season! Giving this item a 5 although we actually haven’t worn them yet, so there may be an update to this review. For now, my comments are based on the sizing: I bought size M for my 10 year old son, based on the various reviews I read. My experience: my son is 4’9”, 86 lbs, with an athlete’s build. The length was good, but the waist was tight. Going to buy again, but will try the large. (Interestingly, I also have UnderArmour, Rawlings and Adidas baseball pants, size M. My son can still wear the Adidas, but the Rawlings and UnderArmour brands are snug.). UPDATE: I purchased the large and the waist is good, but the pants are VERY long. Given that these are “youth” sizes, the length of the pants is totally out of proportion to a youth large. Changing my review to a “4” based on my experience with the large. Size fit perfect for my son who is 10 years old. We purchased size medium. This is his second pair. His first pair is going into a second season of practice and games. We bought an extra for the busy season. The quality of the material has held up really well even with sliding and stain sticking.
