Perfect for layering or wearing alone. The fabric is soft 100% genuine merino wool and high quality. The fit is normal, true to size. The color is gorgeous cream oatmeal. I wash the fabric by hand delicately merino wool soap. In my bathtub. I don’t mix colors of pieces I do one by one unless they are the same color. I love Chan yarns clothing. Be patient as the shipping is coming from China but you are getting quality wool knitted by talented people. I have bought several pieces. I love natural fabrics. This company has gorgeous clothes. When I tried this on I loved it. Was it red? No oh well It is pretty much the color on the website. So soft, perfect weight. Large fit well as recommended. I don't wear unwashed clothing so I dropped it in a small cold hand wash load. Dried flat on drying rack. It came out a tad wrinkled but the bottom hem was was just so crinkly. I thought maybe if I tried it on, it would not be too bad that's when I saw the 3 holes in the back. I would not recommend this sweater at all. Read more

I'm 5'6 and 115 pounds, I got the small and it fit beautifully. Material is soft and comfortable to wear. Was out in the heat then office and Material was breathable. The elastic at waist allows top to fall nicely on body, wonder be looking to purchase in another colour. Read more

Great sweater! I bought this for travel and it's been a staple since! First, I love the color. I also really enjoy the weight of the sweater--it's perfect for layering or wearing own it's own. I was so glad to have it on a recent trip where it was a little cooler than I expected. I wore it a ton and one thing I love about Merino wool is how well it does with temp regulation AND it airs out beautifully to be worn multiple times without washing. I will be sure to wash this on delicate and not dry to extend the life. Great value. Read more

This is more like an undershirt than a sweater. I have icebreaker base layers that are thicker. It's not fluffy like it is pictured. It is very smooth and lays close to the body. Not itchy and not see through (gray) but not what I was looking for. Read more
