Not bad for a smaller battery, easy to take around. Good amount of power.
This is a decent portable power station to have for emergencies. This device does an okay and it is not too heavy although it is a lower power battery. It is about the size of big lunch bag. Because of it's size, it is very easy to store as well as take on the go with you. The battery is not bad for most small emergencies. This one did only come about half charged I would want ot say. I did plug it in to charge it over night to full which is what I recommend when you get this. With that being said, this is definitely a good device to have to keep a few things power during the shut off. This by no means has enough power to power your big fridge or anything liek that but gives you the needed power for certain things. For me, I usually use this to keep my mini cooler on so I can keep certain things cold. When testing it to see what it can power, it actually has enough power to power for lights and powering my laptop. For my small cooler, this is also good if you are trying to keep certain medications cold during this time. It does have a carrying a handle so if you want to be on the go more like taking this on a camping trip you have that capability. The carrying handle is not one of those pull out handles so it is very sturdy and you do not have to worry too much about it breaking. The downside is that the handle cannot retract. The plastic casing is also pretty thick so you do not have to worry about it breaking or cracking. It does however get easily noticeable scratches with the color and material. It can be charged with solar panel but it could take a day or two (depending on your panel) to charge it to good levels, but free power for this device. It does come with other cables provided to charge the device directly from the wall. The downside is that the charging brick can be hard to replace in the future. It has a good length to the cable so you do not have to have it sitting right next to the outlet. It does not come with a nice carrying case. It does have a built in flash light on it so you can have flash light for those power outages as well but honestly the light is not the best. It can you some directional lightning. You have several different options including USB, DC, and AC ports. I normally just use one AC port and note they do support three prong plug. You can easily charge your tablet and phone several times over before this battery pack dies. I tried it for about two weeks and it charge my phone several times before needing to be recharged. I also used this to power my laptop for a few hours which is nice. I do not recommend plugging a surge protector into this to get more power ports as I do not know if it will damage it or anything. You have two plugs so you can easily plug in two different devices as needed. The plug is meant to really only power one strong device or two relatively medium size device. What is nice is that the device can be used while plugged in and charging so you do not lose a plug while charging this device. I do not recommend just having it plugged in and charging for long periods of time as that can damage the battery due to overcharging. In terms of sound, it does have a vent to vent the hot air. Overall this battery is really nice for the size. It gives you enough power to charge your phone, laptop, and power a small appliance during an outage. It is also small in size making it very easy to store. It is relatively easy to use. The only minor complaint is that the outer casing gets scratched up easily. Read more
