Update from my original post. The company contacted me and instructed me how to trim the belt. They are going to send me a replacement belt. They also said they were going to update the proper trimming procedure on the web page. I appreciate the company’s response to me their customer. If your going to trim the belt just make sure you find their reference on where and how to do it. Original post: Well at first we thought it was a really nice belt. My son liked the looks of it and it was very stylish. The only problem was it was too long so we trimmed it with scissors like it said we could in the description. Now we have to struggle to get the end in thru the buckle to use it because the end is frail and not flat. The belt is useless now. Overall if you get this belt DON'T CUT IT just deal with the extra length. Read more

Fantastic belt. I’m buying more. The ease of use when we go through TSA with this belt is fantastic. Most of the time, it’s metal detector friendly (note: NOT BODY SCANNER FRIENDLY!
