It isn't as if you ever want to just take a big chomp off your lip balm (or lip goo, as we call it in our house), but it really is quite nice any time of the year to have this peppermint stuff keeping your lips from turning into a desert. I have done some research into things that are gluten free; I've had to, since my diagnosis of celiac disease some years ago. Believe it or not, some lip goos actually can have gluten in them, or are subject to cross-contamination, which can be a disaster for someone who cannot digest gluten. This has to be my favorite chapstick flavor of all time! It is like Christmas in a capsule! The peppermint just brings back a calming scent and it is moisturizing and tastes good if you like that type of thing. I love this flavor! They are so handy....hate it when I wash them. This is the only variety of ChapStick that I buy. For whatever reason, this formula works best for me. If you're going to buy this, but this exact pack because (for some reason) its cheaper than the 3-pack or buying single sticks. It comes in cute Christmas packaging, but I use it everyday so I don't care much, but it would make a cute stocking stuffer.
