This stand works really well once you understand how to position it on the stand. You plug the dongle into the back of your Playstation Portal, and then when it rests on the stand, it will charge. Nice not having to plug in a cable constantly to the back. The light around the base is odd though. It flashes a bunch of colors....green, blue, red...even when fully charged. There is another small light on the front that seems to stay green when it's fully charged. But it looks nice, it's easy to use and setup. The price is right. Your PlayStation Portal is going to take up some room charging, and this insures that it won't slide around or get knocked off a counter. Read more

Love it, works great with the cover we bought for the Portal. There’s a dongle that makes docking it easy AND allows you to still use a USB-C charger. Just wish there was an option to turn the light off. We keep it in our room and it’s bright at night. Read more

Really nice charging stand for the playstation portal. Lights up to let you know when it's charging and when charged. Best feature is the included adapter that fits into the USBC port on the portal. This 1 makes it easy to drop into and out of the dock, but 2 fixes the fact that Sony put the port in a very inconvenient location and this makes it easy accessible. Read more

I was looking for a charging dock for the PS Portal that also didn't come in white since I have the 30th anniversary edition. Went twith this one and it's been great. The connector for charging from the dock fits well when I place the Portal on the dock and also has a nice USB-C pass through so I can charge from a cord or other charger when I'm away form home without having to remove it. IT also looks nice and the charge state light is a ncie addition so I cna see if it's fully charged, or still charging. Read more
