Charlotte Tilbury Healthy Glow Nectar Lip Oil - Sheer Tinted Lip Gloss Oil with Hyaluronic Acid Vitamin E

I love Charlotte Tilbury’s makeup and skincare products and am always overjoyed to order and try something new. I had the opportunity to order and try the Healthy Glow Nectar Lip Oil, which is tinted lip gloss oil. This features lovely ingredients like Hyaluronic Acid, a blend of fruit oils, and Vitamin E, which are great for hydrating and nourishing my lips. I ordered this in the Candy Fig color, which is just slightly darker than my natural lip color and looks amazing with my olive skin tone. The color is pigmented enough to be visible, while still looking natural. I appreciate that it’s not over the top in added color. This gloss applies so smoothly on my lips and leaves them feeling incredibly soft and moisturized. I love how it does all this without being sticky - which is usually such a challenge with a lip gloss. The glaze-like shine is sheer - as advertised, and feels quite unique!. While this isn’t a plumping gloss, it gives my lips a luxe and plump look. The staying power of this lip oil is so impressive, and absolutely matches the quality and delivery match what I’d expect from any Charlotte Tilbury product. For me, this Healthy Glow Nectar Lip oil was love at first sight and is as close to perfection as I can imagine. YUMMMMMY! Oh my GOSH! I was not expecting this to be so delicious! But it is kinda weird how I "taste" the flavor. When I lick my lips, it's not really there that the flavor comes from. When you are breathing it into your mouth, THAT'S where the flavor comes from. It is VERY thick, and a LITTLE dab will do you! It's taking some practice not to put too much on. Ha! This tube will last a good while. It's bigger than I was expecting, so that is a PLUS. It feels slick, not tacky, and very luxurious on my lips. It takes a good bit before I could feel or see any "plumping" of my lips. The plumping is not so noticeable like those injections where they look like they've been hit in the mouth, either. LOL!! The color is light and subtle. It's like it gives a healthy glow to my lips. My lips have definitely seemed so much softer after using this, too. For testing, I have been putting it on 2 or 3 times a day. It's fun putting on because just like they describe, the applicator DOES hug my lips and doesn't feel hard or too small nor too big. Goldilocks would say that it is "Just right!" Ha! I understand that this is a luxury brand, and I can tell that they are SURE proud of their product by the price they set. Hahaha! 1/13/2026: Charlotte Tilbury Healthy Glow Nectar Lip Oil - Sheer Tinted Lip Gloss Oil with Hyaluronic Acid & Vitamin E - Leaves Lips with a High-Shine Glaze & Lasting Hydration -- Color: Juicylicious Candy Fig - berry-russet This lip gloss smells and tastes like coconut. If you like coconut then you'll like the way this tastes and smells. Unfortunately I do not like coconut at all and therefore it is unpleasant for me to wear. It's too bad because I like everything else about this gloss. This is a nice size tube of tinted lip gloss. It goes on very easily - the texture is very smooth, and not at all sticky. It does make my lips feel hydrated. I didn't notice any plumping but that's just my experience. It turns out I don't like the high-gloss look on me after all, but after blotting it still keeps my lips feeling hydrated for a while. I wouldn't say it lasts 24 hours as stated, but it lasts longer than ordinary lip balm anyway. The tint is not really noticeable at all once I put it on (you need a lot in one place to see the color), and even when blotting very little color comes off. This is fine with me though, I don't normally wear lipstick and too much color on my lips looks weird to me. At the time of my order this was 25 dollars. This seems consistent with the brand, but it is a lot of money for lip gloss. I don't know if this is a good value or not because I haven't tried many other lip glosses, so I can't say whether this one is actually better than the others.. but it still feels like a lot of money to me. As I get older I find I gravitate towards products with Hyaluronic Acid, from collagen products to my skin care. That's what initially caught my attention. I typically don't like lip glosses because they are sticky but prefer a lip oil. After an hour wear testing this my lips are still moist even after drinking through a straw they still feel nice and soft! This lip gloss oil is NOT sticky at all. It glides on smoothly. It has a really nice slippery feel and an absolute delicious smell! You don't really taste a flavor but you definitely smell it! YUM! I didn't have any noticeable plumping effects from this. It also didn't have the typical tingling that I usually feel from a plumping gloss. I will trade the HA for plumping! The oil adds a light pink tint to my lips which is perfect for me for summer. I do prefer a darker, more plum color, for winter. Overall, I do like this lip oil. The price is $25.00 which is a lot more than I normally pay. While it is more on the pricey side a little does go a long way. I could justify the price if I actually saw some plumping. If you like high end beauty products and don't mind the premium price I think you'll like this! Read more
