neckline is closed by velcro - you could fix this by hot gluing another piece of velcro to the size you want. I could not figure out how to wear this thing so it looks like the photos, the beads did not hang on my shoulders right and whenever I'd move they'd all fall off forward or backwards. The media could not be loaded. I bought this for a vampire event and it really pulled my whole outfit together! I ended up winning a vampire costume contest with it. I will say it is kinda hard to keep it on straight and the shoulder beads slip off frequently. Also the neck part is very long which wasn’t a problem for me but I think it could be for some people.
