Let me start by saying that this dress is beautiful! I did go with another reviewer’s suggestion that it ran big. It didn’t for me. I should have ordered my normal size. That said, I do intend to wear this as a nice dress coat, so not buttoning it is not a problem because I will wear it opened. The fabric is great! It’s fully lined. It has pockets!!!! The dress is pretty, it stands up to the quality. The fabric was tweed just like I wanted, and the weight was just right. It didn't have a smell at all. The comfort was nice. Just a little big on me. It felt like it would ve warm in the weather. I am 5 feet pear shape and weights 145 lbs. I usually orders a large; with this dress I should have ordered a medium. I’m 5’6” and 162 lbs, and I bought this dress in a medium. It fits perfectly! I was considering a small based on some of the reviews, but since I have a pear shaped body, I decided to go with the medium and I’m glad I did. The fit is just right. This dress is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent and matches the quality of a designer dress that cost so much more. It is lined and I can imagine wearing it as both as a dress or a coat since I got the beige/cream color. The fabric and lining make it heavy so I will have to wait for fall /winter to wear it.
