The best almond cream cookie, home made taste. Thank you Chec Sang Read more
I really like the almond butter protein crunch cookies. I think they are a pretty good option. It’s definitely pretty healthy. It contains pea protein, so the protein included in the actual cookie is plant protein. One thing that I don’t like too much is the enriched wheat flour. I try to stay away from anything that’s enriched, but other than that, there are no artificial ingredients in it. It is non-GMO, and four cookies is about 7 g of sugar, so if you stick to the serving size, is not really that bad. The sugar content is that high, but I will say that they are hard cookies; they are crunchy, so if you’re expecting soft ones, this is not that, but overall, they’re really good, and I would get them again. The media could not be loaded. Absolutely the best cookies I’ve ever had! Outrageously delicious, just like the tagline says. Highly recommend. Read more
When I took my first bite of this cookie I was expecting a sweeter, softer cookie and that is not what it was. I was not a fan at first, but I liked the almond flavor at the end of the bite. I started thinking about this as more of a biscotti type of cookie and it really started to grow on me. I like the nutritional benefits of this cookie, but not sure that the price is worth it for a small box of cookies. If you are looking for high protein snacks and the price point isn’t an issue for you, this might be good for you. The only thing I would remind you, is that this is not a traditional, sweet cookie. It is a dry, firm cookie just like a biscotti. It would be a perfect cookie to dip in hot chocolate or to cover with a thin layer of chocolate for a delicious, healthier version of a traditional treat. Read more

These are super tasty! I particularly like the sandwich creme cookies, but both are delicious. The protein crunch variety is light and crunchy, and it has a tasty almond flavor. The cookies are in a foil bag that's easy to open, and the size of the cookie is an average size. You can easily eat just a few as a small snack in between meals, and it will hold you over. The sandwich creme variety was my favorite, and one thing I really like is that they're individually wrapped. You can take one or two on the go, and it's perfect for packing with a lunch. The foil pouch has a notch for easy opening and the cookie is hearty in size. I was expecting it to be a soft cookie, but it's actually a bit crunchy in texture. It crumbles when you bite into it, and the almond butter flavor is so scrumptious. You can really taste the butter in each bite, and the almond presence is quite noticeable. This is definitely a tasty snack! The sandwich creme cookies are a little higher in calories and fat than what I would prefer, so I usually only have one as a snack. The protein crunch variety is lighter option if you don't eat the full serving of four cookies. However you choose to indulge, these are quite yummy! Read more

The CHEF SANG Cookie Combo Pack has some hits and misses. First of all it was fresh, the cookies were all well protected and easy to unwrap. The almond butter cookie is pretty good, soft, flavorful, and holds together well. It is satisfying and has a nice protein boost, which makes it feel a bit more substantial than a typical snack cookie. The creamy sandwich cookie, on the other hand, is very crumbly. Trying to take a bite often makes it fall apart, which can be messy and frustrating. The flavor is okay, but the texture really pulls it down. Considering the value and portion size, it doesn’t feel like the best value, especially for the sandwich cookies. The almond butter cookie makes the pack worth a try, but the combo as a whole is a bit uneven. This pack could work if you mostly want the almond butter cookies, but the sandwich cookies leave something to be desired. Read more
I received these cookies through the Vine program and didn't initially check the price before trying them. The cookies themselves are perfectly fine. They have a nice almond flavor and a satisfying crunch that I enjoyed with my afternoon coffee. The texture is crispy without being overly hard, and you can tell they use real almond butter rather than artificial flavoring. The 5g of protein per serving is a nice bonus if you're looking for something slightly more nutritious than a standard cookie. I appreciated that they're made with real ingredients and are non-GMO, which aligns with what I generally look for in snacks. They're not overly sweet either, which I personally prefer. However, I was genuinely shocked when I looked up the price after finishing my first pack. At roughly $2 per ounce, these are positioned at an absurd price point that I just can't justify for what you're getting. Yes, they taste good and have some protein, but they're still fundamentally cookies. There are many protein snacks and healthier cookie alternatives available for a fraction of this cost. If you have the budget and really value the convenience of a higher-protein cookie made with quality ingredients, these might work for you. But for most people, I think the price-to-value ratio just isn't there. I enjoyed eating them, but I wouldn't purchase them at this price with my own money. Read more
A pleasant punch of true almond with the first bite! A rare treat and a welcome surprise. As a vegetarian I appreciate having that protein added to my diet, and no artificial ingredients as well. It came nicely, securely packaged. Given the number of natural ingredients, it's a fair value for the money. However, I was disappointed to find palm oil among the ingredients because of its high, about 50%, saturated fat level. Chef Sang uses palm fruit oil which is considered somewhat better than palm kernal oil; but still highly saturated and unsustainable. For that reason I can't give it a wholehearted five star review. But if that ingredient is not a concern for you and you're interested in flavor with a good crunchy texture, and the protein bonus, then go for it. For sure they are tasty! Read more
