Think of this more like a puzzle and less like a model. It's going to take you a long time to build this - even as a seasoned veteran of these, it took well over 20 hours of delicate, fiddly work. It's 5000 pieces, some of which are only a couple millimeters big, and the instruction booklet is set up in such a way that you may need to count studs to get things to fit correctly. If that kind of detail work is something you enjoy (which is definitely the case for me), this is absolutely the kit to buy. If it frustrates you, then this would not be a good match. The media could not be loaded. The pieces to the set as with the others are very small because they are micro blocks. As this is not been the first one that I put together, I have worn a few ways of how to put these together as part of my rehabilitation from my stroke. This is the first set from this vendor that I have received it did have a couple missing pieces, however, there is enough extra pieces that they have included with the other sets that I did have more than enough Pieces to facilitate the missing parts. Also, the tree is so large and there is some pieces that are just held together, which is one little knob on the little four knob square blocks that I had to actually break down and use superglue in my case gorilla glue to keep them from continually falling apart by the time I finish the tree no longer looked exactly as it was as branches had fallen so many times and I had just glued them together. But the final product looked really nice. This is a very large kit and it is very challenging. It took me several weeks to put together, but it is pretty. The lights at this company includes as their waterfalls are just amazing. As you can see from the video the ones at the base of the waterfall stay on while the other ones tend to flash and twinkle, which is nice. As mentioned in my other review, the music is not included even though they show notes on the box. The music is a download link that you connect to with your phone if you want to play music while you watch the lights blink. I did knock one point off of this review because the tree was so difficult and it kept falling apart without the assistance of gorilla glue. With a coupon they had available. This was a great value. It was a fun challenge and I enjoyed putting it together during the week that I did. I would recommend this for anybody looking for a challenge with micro blocks, keep in mind that these are extremely tiny compared to a Lego block. I’ve also attached a picture of the size of the micro block from a previous kit from the same manufacturer, but they are the same blocks to give an idea of how small and how tiny some of the single blocks can be. Awful kit. The build quality is fine, I suppose, but it looks nothing like it's advertised to look, and it's your best guess if the numbered bags will actually line up with the step that you're on. It also comes with nothing to pull the bricks apart.....and you will be pulling them apart because the instructions are so small and unclear that you will make mistakes....and then even when you get it right, the island is going to be one block off from the waterfall and be completely unstable. The island could at least be aerodynamic for when you ultimately pitch this garbage product against the wall. The only thing this kit gave me was eye strain, back pain and a few years off my life from spiking my blood pressure and I am an avid brick builder. DEFINITELY not worth the price even on sale. This was so fun! The pieces are definitely smaller so I recommend this for adults or mature children. There’s bricks are good quality and don’t snap if you accidentally put one where it doesn’t belong. It’s absolutely beautiful and the colors are perfect, it has a lot of beautiful small details that go into it everywhere and is definitely worth the price! Read more

Its peices are so small. Says for 6+ yrs old my son was 10 he was doing fine then things started not lining up with the instructions. My husband is an engineer and he was having a hard time with it. Read more
