Ok i seen alot of people saying they couldnt shape theirs and i was nervous. Personally think i got lucky because mine popped right into proper shape when i unfolded it. Its just the right size for baby clothes blankets or toys. And it looks great in our nursery. Not sure how sturdy it is since we just got it and havent used it yet but i love it non the less.
