The Chew King is aptly named as it can take a lot of abuse. The large size is the perfect size for our 50 lb dog and the color makes it easy to spot. The larger hole is approximately 1" in diameter, so it can be easily filled with a good amount of larger treats without having to break them up. Due to its odd shape, and because it's made of hard rubber, the King bounces around as our dog tries to get at the treats inside. You can probably freeze food in too. It does not squeak or make any sounds. It's tough and has stood up to aggressive chewing so far. It's easy to use, fill and wash too. Read more

This is a cheaper option than the Kong balls and I would say it is just as durable and reliable. I will only buy these now. My 60 pound dog uses these when I leave her home alone for a couple hours and she loves it. It does take a lot of food so keep that in mind and make sure to not overfeed your dog. They freeze well and don't bounce too much. She can pretty much hold it and chew on it. It keeps her busy for about 30-45 minutes, but she is insanely smart so I'm always on the lookout for toys that will keep her occupied for a longer time. Read more

Overall this toy is pretty good. My dog goes beyond the term super chewer. Id call him an ultra chewer at the least. Hes a 1 year old pit bull and hes on a mission to destroy every toy on the planet. Here are the bullet points. 1. This lasted about the same amount of time as a kong. 2. That amount of time was about 8 days. 3. Thats the longest any toy has lasted in the jaws of the chew monster. Same as a kong. 4. They are about 60% the cost of a kong. So with all that being said, yes i would buy again. If you have an average chewer or even a super chewer you are probably set. But just know if you have an ultra chewer like me then this will be pretty good in comparison to most others before it, but it will not be the one. But also like the others before it, this will be destroyed along with your dreams of finally finding a toy that will last at least a month or so. Read more

Works perfectly to keep my 9-month Husky busy for a little while! Heβs usually tuckered out afterward so we save this for when he needs be in his little den for a couple of hours. We give it a good scrub then top rack dish wash after each use and both have held up great. Read more

These are great. I can't afford as many Kongs as I'd like to have so I got a few of these because I like to keep frozen ones for my puppy in the freezer all the time- and these have been perfect. I use canned food to fill them and freeze them. He loves them, they are sturdy, though if you have a power chewer I'd be cautious and watch at first (my boy is not a power chewer he just licks his food out mostly). 10/10, they're great. My pup has been enjoying them a lot and they will continue to get a lot of use. Read more

I'm thoroughly impressed with the Chew King Premium Treat Dog Toy, especially the large size, which is perfect for my dog. The durability of these toys is outstanding; they've withstood vigorous chewing without showing any significant wear and tear, which is a testament to the quality of the natural rubber used. The pack of two is a great value, ensuring there's always one available while the other is being cleaned or in use. These toys have been fantastic for keeping my dog engaged and entertained, and they're also excellent for promoting dental health through chewing. The design is clever, allowing for treats to be hidden inside, providing an extra incentive and mental stimulation for my dog. Suitable for all breed sizes, this toy has been a hit in our household. It deserves a five-star rating for its exceptional quality and the joy it brings to our furry family member! Read more

I got the large size 2 pack to add to our Kong collection. The price for a 2 pack was a good value and the reviews were pretty positive overall. We use frozen Kongs 3 times a day with meals for our 6 month old lab puppy and she is starting to damage the red Kongs we have so I thought I'd try these. The large size holds a little less than a large Kong, 3/8 C vs 1/2 C, and they seem to be a little more challenging than a kong. This isn't a bad thing necessarily but I could tell our dog was a little frustrated. The rubber did not have a strong odor and quality after a few chew sessions seems good. There are no signs of damage. Compared to a ~$18 dollar large black Kong a 2 pack for $8 was worth a try! Edit: These are holding up really well! No damage after months of daily use. The rubber is tough but also supple so that it doesn't tear or fray like the Kongs have, including black Kong. I would definitely buy these again. Read more
