I was really excited about the shampoo/conditione because it is an excellent product; however the conditioner lid leaked. The shampoo is a great shampoo and I can't seem to get it at the stores that I frequent. When I ordered, I expected to get shampoo earlier than I did - now I'm facing tomorrow morning and washing of the hair. Because I'm out, I can't send back, but I'm disappointed in the packing.
