Arch support and flat feet miracle

My son, who is 9 y.o., has complained about pain in his feet and legs for some time now. Instead of waiting to make an appointment with a doctor (impossible due to COVID). I decided to look up insoles for kids and found these. When I got them I was apprehensive, but when I took them out of the box, man are these well made. They are not too soft or flimsy and may be a bit hard but for a kid with no arch support and a very slight deformity to his foot these are gold. The minute my nine year old stepped down into his sneaker his face lit up. I believe his exact words were, “Oh, yea.” I could hear the relief in his tone. Very happy I purchased these. I bought these for my 7 year old grandson. He was complaining his feet hurt. We buy name brand shoes, but there is really no arch support in them. He has very flat feet. Only negative is they were a bit wide and long for his size 12 1/2 toddler shoes. I trimmed the ends just a bit. They have lines where you can shorten them on the end of the insole.
