I have an issue with breathing through my mouth when I sleep. Doing so causes me to have a severe dry mouth. I have tried several ways to change this new and negative habit, but none have worked. This product, though, has promise. I have used it for just over a week. The first two nights, my mouth stayed closed, and I had great improvement in the dry mouth area. The third night, though, my mouth seemed to figure it all out and somehow, with the chin strap, I still breathed through my mouth and right through the cloth. I have been working on being more conscious of this and have had both great results and not-so-great results so far. I don't think the issue is the strap. I believe it is my bad habit forcing its way through! The fabric of the product is soft and stretchy, but it is strong enough to stay in place. The material is soft that has a strong Velcro strap that keeps it in place. It is nice that you get 2 of them. If you have a larger head or a lot of hair yo pu might have a tight fit. The ear openings could also be a little bit bigger as that is where you can feel it does not fit as well. It is easy to use.. But overall you can fell it lifting your chin and lower face. Time will tell if it makes a difference, but willing to try. As moisture really matters in skin tightness. Overall it is an acceptable opinion, but there are cheaper options out there. Read more

Very comfortable but doesn’t keep my mouth closed. All the pull is to the back not up. So it pulls my jaw back not closed. Look at the pictures and see how it fits in the pics. It will work for some head types but not mine. Read more
