Provides excellent back support, especially when using my laptop [leaning forward too much]. I have used far more "sturdy" and expensive back supports that don't provide the same support. It doesn't stop me from leaning forward but gives me a constant reminder no to do that. This is simple; just pull on 2 tabs. Very surprising it works so well when it appears to be so flimsy. Very interesting. Contraption it definitely pulls your arms and your shoulders back but it does cut into you a little bit but I am a bigger guy and pretty muscular. I would actually buy another one if they had a bigger size to try it out because I think this would probably help a lot of people Read more

I returned this. really disappointed that Chirp would have this as one of their offerings as their wheels are amazing. based on the satisfaction of those products, I bought this. so poorly designed, the straps don't stay in the padded areas thus diggin into my torso when i cintch up the straps. there are other simular products out there that offer both comfort and support, I've returned this product and will buy one of those. Chirp should be ashamed for releasing such and bad products. Send this thing back to the drawing board!!! Read more

I got this product in the multi-pack with the four chirp wheels. The brace is not comfortable The foam is extraordinarily thin so it doesn't function except to provide disappointment when you find out no it's not padding, but it is foam. I think you could essentially accomplish the same thing with a too small backpack, difference being that a backpack actually does put padding in their straps, and at least with a too small backpack I have a small amount room for fun and activities, all while two buckles are being ground into me. If I can come up with something more comfortable with two big zip ties and a pool noodle, it's not worth $25. Read more

This definitely helps me keep my back straight. It digs into my armpits sometimes, but that usually means my shoulders aren't as far back as they should be. I've been wearing this every weekday in the mornings until lunch and can definitely see my posture improving. Read more

This posture harness came free with my Chirp rollers. I tossed the harness in a drawer because I was skeptical that it would do anything. One day when my upper back and neck were in pain from working at my crafting table, I tried on the posture corrector, and it helped immediately! Now I use it often, when crafting, cooking, or trying to stand up with good posture for singing. It really helps. Read more

So definitely makes me sit up straight but I recommend wearing a sleeved shirt when using. The under arm doesn't have long enough padding and can rub your arm and arm pit. Read more
