This clock display comes with a power brick, two extension rods, remote control, fasteners, and a cover to make the installation of the rods look nicer. The power cored doesn’t run through the rods so must be connected next to them to wrapped around one. The clock frame is aluminum with a smoky plastic on the display faces. The temperature sensor dangles a little below the display, and there is a light detector on the bottom. It automatically dims in low light. Everything is controlled by the remote, with no ability to adjust anything on the display itself, so keep the remote safe. The color can be set to one of seven colors: white, red, green, blue, yellow, purple, cyan. The temperature and date can be displayed with the time given 30 seconds and the date and temperature give five seconds each. You can choose to display the time alone, time and temperature alternately, time and date alternately, or time temperature and date alternately. There is also a countdown timer and an alarm setting. This clock works better suspended from a ceiling than up against a wall because it is 2-sided. It has to be mounted within 5' of a power outlet because it doesn't come with a long cord. It comes with a built-in thermometer and can display the time, temperature, or date as well as cycle between them. It can have a static display if desired. It can also be used as a stopwatch or countdown timer. The setup must be done through the included remote. Make sure you don't misplace it as there are no buttons on the clock itself. The display is large and easy to read. There is no way, however, to set the cycle time if displaying multiple functions. Read more
