I've been using this product for 3 months now and I will say that it was effective within the first 2 weeks of using it. Health wise, You can tell immediately through your digestive system. The detox is real. I can't really speak to the effects on skin, because I take other supplements. But I will say that when I've used this product alone, there is a boost in energy so I suggest day time use or unless you're a night owl then go for it. As for taste, there's a hint of mint, when dropped in water it's not a drastic overpowering taste. It smells sort of minty as well and like the scent of a regular plant. It does stain fabric so be careful about that. But that's about it. I've pretty much made this product a staple in my daily routine. I add this to my water daily and it has really helped get rid of my bloating. The bottle seems small, but the product lasts a long time even with daily use. The taste is slightly minty depending on how much water it is added to. I've been drinking it for a while now and no longer notice the taste.
