This waist training belt is very comfortable to wear and does not itch the skin at all. It fits snug and you don’t really see it under your clothes either which is nice. I wear the waist training belt at least eight hours throughout the day and I can feel a difference in my waist figure already. I have been using the belt for only a couple weeks and can see the difference. It also helps with my posture and I have back problems so that seems to help with that.
