I looked around and considered many other options and must say this jewelry box is well designed for maximum utilization of space. It is compact and efficient all at once. I love the earring section and the chains section as they have ample space. The drawers are great for bangles, bracelets, pins, necklaces and watches. There seems to be room for everything! The wood is beautiful and it’s very sturdy. It even has a great wood smell. The interior is nicely appointed in beautiful beige velvety cloth. I’m very pleased all around with this purchase. I have been looking for a nice, roomy jewelry box that wasn’t cheap looking. This one fits the bill. Beautifully made of black walnut, it’s solid, very roomy and heavy. You can fit a LOT of jewelry in this nice box yet it doesn’t look overly large or bulky. The wood is real, not particle board or fake looking. This product is worth the money I highly recommend. The only thing I would change is you can’t open the sides without first opening the top, but it’s a minor thing and not a deal breaker. also has a lock and key which is a good thing if that’s what you are looking for. I just received my new jewelry box, and it is great! This one was actually unlocked, and has 2 keys, as it is supposed to. The first one I received was locked, and had no keys. Needless to say, I am very excited to get one that has everything, and functions. There is plenty of space for most of my jewelry... at least the things I wear most often. LOL! This is a really beautiful jewelry box and I hate to give anything less than five stars but mine did arrive with a couple of flaws. It was substantially packed so I don't think that was the issue. There is a scratch on the top and some discoloration in the wood. I can explain away how a scratch would be there but I'm at a loss for what happened to the wood. It won't rub off and I can tell when I touch it that it doesn't seem to be part of the natural walnut. So, I'm slightly disappointed that this doesn't look entirely new upon arrival, but on to the good stuff. Besides those things, this is really a gorgeous jewelry case. I have another CHOSIN walnut wood jewelry case for necklaces and got this one to match. This brand has a lot of different case designs which are all nice so if you like this look you should shop around on their storefront. Both are lovely overall and make for a really stunning display. I have a ton of jewelry and various storage cases but a lot of my nicer necklaces are stored in the smaller case and I'm slowly moving some of my other nice pieces into this one. I ordered this before I realized how big it was (watch the video!) so now I need to find a place to put it! I love that it has a mirror so you can try on your stuff before you go out. My daughter loves playing around in my jewelry, and honestly, I do, too lol. So the mirror is a plus. There is a lot of room for different types of pieces, including a couple of pillows for watches or bangles. The velvet lining is done really well so if you're worried about tacky or cheap looking lining, have no fear. There are two keys included so you can lock this up and keep smaller children from accessing the drawers. This is not a concern for me but I love the style of having a key and hanging tassel. It's a classic look and makes it feel a little more luxurious. I'm not a huge fan of the bright yellow so I'll probably switch the tassels out but that's no biggie. Overall, it's a beautiful organizer and hopefully the flaws on mine are just a fluke. Without those things it's definitely a five star jewelry case. Read more
