The media could not be loaded. What an absolutely beautiful memory foam winter/Christmas rug that can be used all year round if you prefer these colors for your decor like I do. It was packaged really well and double wrapped to help it maintain it's beauty. This bathmat is soft and has a nice cushion to it that you can feel immediately as soon as you step on it. Im older so I have had many bathmats over time but I have never felt one like this under my feet so this is a nice added feature. it has a non-slip material underneath and that is very important especially with the elderly and children, and of course me. The stitching was nicely done and will look nice in our guest bathroom for company. the threading is tight and maintains it form after a shower and performed past my expectations. This is giftable for a house warming, or even a mat under the desk for a college student so it has become very versatile. Pretty much everything that’s made for the home can be adapted for any holiday at all, and this cute Christmas Rug by Zussan is all dolled up for the Yuletide season. Adorned with poinsettias, snowflakes and printed in white over a red background, this thick rug is perfect in the bathroom or near the front door. It’s very absorbent and can handle plenty of foot traffic. Although my camera seems to capture a perfectly colored rug, I found the color to be a bit less than vibrant in person, and deducted one star for that and the low pile. The rug is very soft, but the pile isn’t lush and plush like you might expect of a rug designed primarily for wet areas and tile floors. I almost dismissed this item with a one-star review when considering it for its advertised use as a bath mat. It simply isn't very suitable for this. It's a somewhat rigid, flat piece of memory foam encased between a no-skid backing on one side and an exceedingly homely and monochromatic Xmas design on the other on the most artificial-feeling velour ever made. The memory foam does make it nice to stand on in bare feet, after a shower. But, as a mat, it is too stiff to drape over a side of a tub or shower curtain rod to drip dry after use, so it just doesn't seem to belong in a bathroom. But then I realised that this little slab of memory foam may have other uses. I have bookcases and record racks in a room with a hard floor, and this makes the mat pretty ideal for me to kneel on and rummage through those parts of my vinyl and CD collection that are hard to reach on the bottom shelves without kneeling and destroying my knees. This mat and its memory foam cushion the knees and are perfect to kneel on! Even the mat's homely holiday appearance is more kitsch and appropriate in this context than in a bathroom. I also think this might make a nice place for a cat or a small dog to rest near you. If it were cheaper by about half, it would deserve three stars as a simple inexpensive household mat. Read more
