The media could not be loaded. I had same type of lighter before but ruined it by cleaning gunk from electrodes. I saw this 3 pack so I could keep one and give the others away. This set came with 3 charging cables so that worked perfectly. All lighters had charge in them and all functioned. They're super easy to charge and use. It takes several seconds to light a candle wick. An actual flame is quicker. But for the convenience and coolness factor: can't be beat. Tip: I gunked up my last one by lighting a really sooty wick. The soot stuck to electrodes and when I tried to wipe it off, I damaged the lighter. In future and if necessary, I'd first clean the wick with piece of paper towel. Read more
These work ok for the most part. The distance between the 2 wires were the electricity arc is a little small and barely fits around wicks. They get a lot of ash/debris stuck the them too. The other issue is that they make a high pitch electrical whining sound when in use. That may bother you if you are sensitive to that sound. Otherwise these work and are rechargeable. I haven't used them long enough yet to run the initial charge out of them. So I can't speak of how long the discharge/recharging lasts. USB-C rechargeable. But like many other things you only get a one inch charger which is basically useless. At least they give you 3 of the way to short cables. I'd give this more of a 3.5 stars, if I could give a half of star. It does the job, but quality and improvements could always be made. Read more

These are pretty cool. I didn’t even know they existed. They hold a charge pretty long. These would make great stocking stuffers since three come in a pack and they each have their own charger. I love them or tell them to a bottle of wine as a hostess gift. They would think you’re the coolest. I don’t think too many people know about these. Read more
