I bought this item over a year ago and it was easy to install, looks beautiful, and updated the sink tremendously. About a year in, the handles were wiggly and slipping off easily. I couldn’t find the original box and information, so I reached out to the seller. They immediately responded and asked me to send them photos/video of the issue. They promptly responded to those photos with the solution. The design of the product made the fix easier than I realized and I have to admit, I felt kinda silly for not figuring it out on my own. I bought three of these faucet sets when I remodeled my bathrooms. They look beautiful and modern and function well. However, after a few months, the paint on one of the drain plugs started to bubble and peel off. I immediately sent an email to the company and received a response within 24 hours. I requested a replacement plug and they responded by telling me they would send 3 just in case I had any more problems. I honestly couldn't ask for any better response. I am hopeful that it was just a one-off manufacturing flaw and that I won't need the other two plugs, but I appreciate a company that stands firmly behind their product. So pretty, looks more like 24k gold but I am so so happy with the finish. I was worried that all my brushed gold fixtures were not going to match perfectly, and they vary slightly but you know what, it doesn’t bother me at all, and I am so very happy with the look of everything. Read more

Clean lines and added a beautiful warmth to my bathroom. This is a very sturdy faucet. I have Waterworks faucets in other bathrooms that cost $$$$ but yet don’t come close to the quality feel of this one. And plumber said it was super easy to install. Read more
