I purchased a year ago and right off the bat they sent me the wrong one. I returned it and they sent the right one. I installed it in February of 2025 and we're now in November of 2025 and when i turn the water on , it comes out through all 3 sides . For a price I was hoping it would last a lot longer. Read more

The faucet themselves was great. I loved the design. However, the valves that come with the unit was not compatible and made for a difficult install and the need of a certified plumber. The Product description needs to focus more on the valve so the customer can be sure it will be compatible with their current system. It would save so much time. Please add more details in the description regarding the valve and what systems they are compatible with. I had Moen faucets and they do not work well together. Read more
