Received a dirty dress; the fabric is somewhat white and dingy

This was definitely not a good choice. When I received the dress I thought there was a small spot on it, but I genuinely thought it was the lighting in my house. I wore the dress 1 time. I hand washed it in cold water, careful not to risk the black fabric bleeding onto the white fabric. Dress was hung out to dry. I left it there until I needed to wear it again. The same spot was still there, and now the white fabric is dingy . The dress was slightly ruined when I got it, but I tried to work with it regardless. Now., it is completely ruined. I need to return it , but it's passed the return date. This is a total waste. I received a dirty dress, and even after washing it, the dress looks even more dirty, and dingy. Read more
