I feel like a rich, NYC business woman in this jacket. Sizing is accurate, though I wish I had sized up. When I wear a sweater underneath it’s a bit tight in the arms since there isn’t any stretch in the fabric. It’s the perfect length. The belt is the perfect length to tie the jacket closed; I usually tie it like you would tie a shoe, “criss-cross, then a bow.” I’m from Alaska and now live in Pennsylvania, where we’ve had a colder winter than the past few but nowhere near what I’m used to. That being said, this jacket is pretty warm! It doesn’t have a thick lining, but it’s made of a decently heavy material. I’ve worn it most days I’ve gone out since the beginning of December and it still looks brand new. The quality of the fabric is fantastic. It feels expensive without being expensive. So good heavy and good quality, I got this when I was pregnant and now I still like it. I can layer and is probably good for any cold weather but you need to layer up if is for below 20 which works out fine for me because I got a bigger size, thinking of getting another one in a different color. Good quality thick felt type coat with large fashionable lapel. Good looking medium weight coat for dressing up or casual. Only criticism I have is the belt is not attached, but that isn't a huge problem. An acquaintance has bought it in every color she likes it so much! Read more
Nice and classy. Haven’t worn it during the chilling cold, but it wears well to gatherings or to work. It’s not too heavy and was true to size for me. Length was fair and not too long. The belt adds a waist shaping touch. No buttons or clamps, it’s just the coat and belt. Read more
