The first thing I noticed about these jeans is that the denim material is very rough, as is common for cheaper jeans. I also noticed right away that the fly button was strangely loose and wobbly. I tried to see if I could tighten it by twisting a bit, but there was no change. However, after messing around with it, I'm fairly confident it's not going to fall off, so I can live with it, especially since once I put the jeans on, there was no way of noticing this odd feature. The jeans look nice on me and are exactly the right size, fitting as expected. They feel fairly light, which is nice, and the waistline was comfortable without being tight. The real downside for me is just the material. I'm hopeful that after a couple washes, it will soften up, but it's too early to tell. If it does, then I think I'll like these pants. If not, the stiff material will definitely keep me from wearing them regularly. Read more

These jeans are super classy - especially with the taper. They are comfortable, and stretchy. The color is a bright dark denim. I want to be so happy with them! I'm petite, so I do expect most jeans to be a little long, which I can usually accommodate for with most wide-leg jeans wearing heels or planforms. These are a bit on the "longer than I can accommodate" side for me. They do seem about a standard inseam for those with average height. I ordered a small. I am 4'11", 118lbs, and I usually wear a size 2-4. These run fairly large on top of being stretchy. I would side down personally. The small seems to fit like that of a 6. These jeans have a great high rise that pulls everything in without feeling tight. The wide leg shape is on trend and easy to dress up or down and feels nice soft. These are really nice quality jeans. They fit really well and look great on. The color is great and doesn’t run in the wash. The fabric is thick and has a nice stretch to it. The front pockets are nice and deep, while the back pockets are fake. There are belt loops if you want to wear a belt with it. The legs are a wide cut and are very comfortable to wear. Love these! The stretchy fit makes them super comfortable, easy to sit, move, and actually breathe in. The deep pockets are a win (finally some real pockets!). They’re high-waisted with a flattering straight-leg style that works for both work and casual outfits. I like the Cider brand and these Black jeans add to some great items from them.
