I was on the hunt for a cute sweater vest that didn’t look like the dorky argyle sweater vests of years past and this fit the bill 100%! It’s got a cute oversized fit (I could’ve sized down but I wanted it to be very boxy), a trendy style, great quality, and a nice neutral color. I love that it has huge armholes too as I think it’s so cute and it hits at the right part of my torso a few inches below my hips (I’m 5’2”). This sweater vest can be worn by itself, with a button-down shirt or flannel shirt, or even over a dress and it’s looked cute every way and is an interesting and unique piece in my wardrobe. I like the material, it feels soft against my skin and is thankfully wool-free (I’m allergic to wool), it’s lightweight and breathable and isn’t stiflingly warm even when worn with several other layers. It also moves well and has some stretch and has the big armholes so it never gives me that claustrophobic, constricted feeling that wearing too many layers of tight clothing can give.
