Needs to work every time
Wanted to like this lighter because it felt sturdy had all the attachments I needed and was great looking, only problem was it doesn’t lite every time. Maybe on the 5th 0r 6th flick it will lite if you are lucky and who needs a liter that looks great but doesn’t ignite! The company replaced the defective lighter with no questions asked, which shows a company that stand behind its product. The new lighter has turned out to be the best lighter I have owned and there have been many. 800 cigars later and it still works great, that’s why I purchased more. Read more
Useful and premium lighter
This lighter is an absolute bargain for the price. It feels super nice in the hand and appears to be very well made. Filler tool is super useful as well for when the draw in your cigars is too tight. Deducted a star because often it takes more than one try to light up. Read more
Works Everytime If Used Correctly
The media could not be loaded. Just got this lighter and I am completely satisfied with it. It looks great and feels super hefty and sturdy in the hand. Filling it up with a butane tank was quick and easy (Just align the butane tank nozzle to the hole at the bottom of the lighter and then press down quickly to avoid it spraying out) You can also check the fuel level of the lighter through the window on the front of the lighter. I've seen some reviews claiming that it needs several clicks to work before it ignites which is the case if you are pressing the button too quickly. The button needs to be pressed down semi-slowly/gradually and it will light everytime. So press the button down about half way till the door flap opens and then finish pressing it down afterwards and it will ignite every single time. Hope this helps. Read more

Do not buy product!!!!!!!
Hi, after 5 months using the cigar lighter , stopped working! Checked and exchanged the fluid for the lighter but still doesn't work! Tried contacting the company that warranties the item but got no response! Contacted Amazon and they took care of the problem. Once you buy the item after 30 days you are on your own! If I could give this lighter 10 stars I would. The hole punch on the bottom and attached draw poker make it a homerun for the casual cigar smoker like me. The flame is super efficient and the glass space to check your fluid level makes it easy to keep at a good range. Feels like a nuch more expensive lighter. Well worth the cost. Read more
