I was hesitant in ordering the vest but was extremely pleased with the quality and fit of the vest. It not only keeps me tucked in the right areas, but it also supports my back. Please note, that my shirts are normally a size L but I ordered an XL. The XL fit me perfectly. My entire upper body sweats with this vest. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to lift weights as well with the vest or do cardio (tread mill run) as well. No worries, I think I'm doing better in both cases. I just finished washing it. If there are problems when I use it again, I'll edit this review. Otherwise, my review will stand as is. Oh, one negative comment. The zipper on mine doesn't work well for a right hander. I have to start it with my left hand, and then, use my right hand to zip it all the way. It's a little awkward but no biggie. Read more

He finds it easy to wear during during his workouts and says it encourages sweating, making him feel like he got a premium workout.
