I’ve been using the CINCOM Heated Knee Massager with Air Compression for several weeks to alleviate my chronic knee discomfort, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance. Design & Build Quality: The massager is well-constructed with durable materials. The adjustable Velcro straps accommodate various leg sizes, ensuring a snug fit on both my upper calf and lower thigh. The interior fabric is soft and breathable, providing comfort during extended use. Functionality: This device combines heat therapy with air compression to target knee pain effectively. It offers three air pressure intensities and two heating levels, allowing for a customizable experience. The carbon fiber heating elements warm up quickly, reaching the desired temperature in about two minutes. The air compression simulates a kneading massage, which helps in relaxing the muscles around the knee, calf, and thigh. Performance: Incorporating this massager into my daily routine has provided noticeable relief from knee stiffness and discomfort. The combination of heat and compression improves circulation, reduces joint swelling, and promotes relaxation. While it’s not a cure-all, it serves as a valuable tool in managing knee pain, especially after physical activity. Ease of Use: Operating the massager is straightforward, with clear controls for adjusting heat and compression settings. However, it’s important to note that the device requires being plugged in during use, which can limit mobility. Ensuring you’re near a power outlet is necessary for uninterrupted sessions. Packaging & Customer Service: The product arrived in secure packaging, and the included user manual provided clear instructions. While I haven’t needed to contact customer service, knowing that the company offers support adds peace of mind. Overall Experience: The CINCOM Heated Knee Massager has become a beneficial addition to my knee care regimen. Its combination of heat and air compression delivers soothing relief, making it a worthwhile investment for those seeking non-invasive methods to manage knee discomfort. Read more

I have been struggling to find a quality knee massager that uses compression and I have finally found one that works wonderfully. The only thing I would change is the setting options. The massager is a great quality and offer good levels of pressure. I just wish there was a setting to hold the pressure longer than the ones programmed provide. Honestly though, I have interesting circumstances that would benefit from longer pressure times that most people would not require. That being said, I cannot complain about any other aspect of it. I would highly recommend for standard massage and circulation benefits. I have larger legs and it fits me great and my friend who has smaller than average legs is happy with the fit on them as well. The Velcro adjustment on the securing straps covers a large range of size. Read more

I like it. Not especially powerful, and not especially hot, but it is soothing. On days when my knees are sore, I wear them to bed, and it lulls me to sleep. (There is a timer mechanism of 15 minutes.) When I wake up in the middle of the night, I turn them on again, and they actually help me fall asleep again. I have been using them regularly and the cloth where the Velcro attaches wore out after a while, so I will have to sew on my own Velcro. Just watch you don't pierce the air bladder! Read more

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It did provide a much-needed relief for my knee pain. –Because of my age, I started having issues with my knee. I had visited multiple doctors and therapy and yes it did provide some relief. However, this knee massager was a game changer because it allows me to treat my knee from home without having to visit the client. Of course, I go to my appointments and everything but this therapy I do from home is really changing the game. I use this massager with heat then I place ice on it. I would totally recommend this not only because it effectively provides pain relief but also for its price. Now that I have it and have used it myself and I can assure you that is totally worth it. I like the fact that you can control the heat and that it perfectly fits around your knees. It can be adjusted as needed. Lastly, also want to mention that you can also control the vibrations. Therefore, I strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for knee pain relief. This therapy along with the rest of the doctors’ recommendations will definitely make a change in your daily lives. Thank you so much! Read more

It’s been over 7 months since I’ve been using these for my patellar tendinitis and here are my thoughts: 1. The Velcro that straps the knee wrap to the knee has worn out completely to the point that it does not stay on, which nullifies the air compression massage function. 2. Because of number 1, I can only use these as heated knee wraps, definitely not worth the money. 3. I bought these because I used Normatec air compression boots, which work wonders for leg recovery. I tried these out and it doesn’t seem to massage as well as normatec boots. Update: Cincom customer service displayed very good customer service upon learning about my experience with the product. Although their product needs to be more reliable, it is good to know they can support you through your experiences with the product. Read more

Bought these after initial injury to sciatic. Had to make some "hook and loop" extenders for my larger calfs. Seeing much better results after back surgery recovery, combining this with PT. Makes my knees much better for walking and activities around house. Hope to be golfing within 4-6 weeks after 5 month restriction and excessive knee pain. Usually run two cycles in AM and again in PM. Read more
