CINOTON 4FT 210W LED Shop Light with 28350LM 0-10V Dimmable Linear High Bay Lighting with 5000K 120-277V 135LM

I installed these in my pole barn and could not be happier. They are designed to be 15 feet from the floor. I hung them under the rafters at 12 feet high and 15 feet apart, they were a little bright so I put them up in the rafters at 15 feet high and they were perfect. If your mounting them lower than 15 feet you may want a dimmer and should space them a little closer together for overlap. Keep in mind if you have a 30 foot wide room DON’T space them evenly dimensionally every 10 feet. That will give insufficient light around the walls and will be very bright in the middle. Put one 7.5’ from wall then 15’ between lights leaving 7.5’ to opposite wall. That way each light illuminates 15’ with some overlap in the middle and some light cast on the walls. I bought long grounded 16awg cordsets for mine and installed in light with metal electrical strain relief and put an outlet by each light. That way you can move them around some if you don’t like the spacing and I’m also planning to insulate so will need to take them down at some point and that will be easy with the cord. I used 10 for a 90’ by 30’ building and there is just shy of enough coverage on the far wall. For a 100’ X 30’ building I would have used 12. I work on cars in my building. Lighting is very subjective. I bought 4 and hung them and moved them around some to decide how many more to order. I think the color temperature is perfect for a shop. Get this light, this light is bright, this bright is no joke. if it's something like less than 12-15 feet high, you'll likely need to wear sunglasses... inside... or install with a dimmer. I didn't have a dimmer for a few days and I felt a pain in my eyes from strain and so couldn't use it or wore sunglasses. Just existing near it not even looking towards it, the reflection is makes off everything induced eye strain. INCREDIBLE lumen output. Headlights on a car are around 1.5k to 6k lumens. 6k lumens is too bright and blinding. This light is 32k. This lights are meant to string together and flood large warehouses, think like costco or a machineshop. Also, wires are all raw still you'll need to wire it to a plug, switch, or straight into the wall, etc. amazing light. I just now installed this light and I am really happy. Of course I can not compare it to anything else, I had 300 watt bulbs hanging and it is much better than that. I ordered a two pack and I am going to order a third one if I can get a single fixture. If not I guess I will get another two pack. Delivered it fast and the quality is better than I expected. The lights are as advertised, but not packed well, one had a broke lens and the control box or whatever you call it that runs the length of it on top was bent in. The light works and I guess that is all that matters, just sucks it is bent and broken for the money. Read more

What a difference this made. Plenty of light provided by this quad. Construction is superior. i used a smart switch and can now turn on and off with my phone. I hard wired it from the smart switch. additional dimmer hookups are pre installed you just need to wire it accordingly. I would recommend this to others. Read more
