UNBOXING: Includes generic hard carry case, 3 attachments, token USB charging cable (but no charging adapter), and instruction manual. MIXER: Rechargeable mixer has 3 speeds, not stepless. Despite having a rubber gasket seal over charge port, mixer is not waterproof. Torque is LOW and mixer struggles with thicker mixtures like cake batter but performs flawlessly in liquids and drinks. Runtime is limited to about 3 minutes before Mixer starts to overheat. Manual also confirms not to use longer than 3 minutes. Manual says recharge time can be long, up to 5 hours. However, my mixer seemed fully charged within 3 hours. CASE: The included hard case has no clip to hold the mixer in place so it tends to rattle around inside the case. I'm only able to fit the 3 attachments by alternating their orientation. The case has holes on the back side to allow attachments to dry out (last pic. FINAL THOUGHTS: Priced at $25, this is on the high side for the category. I found it to have a low torque but what do you expect from a 10-watt motor. Professional mixers designed for dough or cake batter and such have 500+ watt motors. This is purpose built for mixing drinks and liquids. Although it can sort of mix batter and such, it's not meant for that purpose and it has insufficient torque for thicker mixtures like cookie dough. It shines for quick tasks of mixing liquids like coffee. It's short 3 minute use per cooldown means it's meant for home use only and not commercial purposes. The included case is a bit narrow and I struggled to fit the attachments in it. EDIT: The price has dropped making this a better value. However, it still does not change how this mixer performs. I got this to replace a dirt-cheap milk frother I bought years ago, and it turns out I’d been putting up with a lot more nonsense than I realized. The old one technically worked, but barely. It was weak, battery-hungry, and always seemed to be on the verge of dying mid-cup. This is a nice upgrade. It has noticeably more power, but not in a way that immediately splatters milk onto the ceiling. It has fun attachments that are interchangeable and make it infinitely more useful than my old frother. Also, being able to start on a lower speed has been a feature I really appreciated, and once I figured out which speed I liked best for which attachment, it’s been relatively smooth sailing. It froths milk quickly, makes a great Cuban coffee froth, and handles things like protein powder or eggs without much extra effort. I’m especially happy it’s rechargeable. Not having to search for batteries a couple of times a month is worth its weight in gold. I also love that the attachments snap on easily and rinse clean or can be cleaned in a glass with hot water and a few drops of dish soap. The case is a great addition. I tend to misplace things, but now I let the attachment dry with the regular dishes and then put it back in the case. Everything stays together nice and neat.
