I’ve been a proud owner of 2 Circooter mates for a little over a year now. Purchased for my wife & I to enjoy the city life. It’s become a daily/nightly hobby of ours to ride, explore, and site see. It’s extremely fun to get around town. I’ve put over 870 miles on my scooter (all original parts) Reliable, noticeable, and fast. I can do a smooth 28mph, and it powers me up any hill. The Circooter is quicker than the public scooters you see rented on the streets. The blue LED under glow is certainly an eye catcher as well. Sleek black and red make for great looking scooter. The all rubber wheels are a life safer, and extremely durable. No worries of a flat ever. Sadly, I experienced some mishandling during transportation. Some wires were clipped in the process. I reached out via email to Sales rep / technician. Angel kindly took on the task of helping me at all costs to get my scooter up and running again. He has been extremely helpful since my reach out for spare parts. He’s guided me through repairs, and shipped out all spare parts with quickness. I highly recommend and suggest this scooter to all family and friends. It’s been a real pleasure and joy in my life. Ordering from Amazon made me feel helpless when needing it fixed, but Circooter team was there for me. Read more

I'm not a small person at 6'2" and 250lbs and this thing carries me with ease. Acceleration is no problem and it feels solid, just like the ones you'd rent in any city, except faster. Great customer service with prompt replies. I'm thinking of buying another so I can ride with a family member. Very addictive. I'm so happy I made the purchase! I highly recommend this scooter. You're not going to do better for the money. Also the lights are so cool and the app works great! **Update** I did buy a second scooter! They are so fun I wanted to be able to ride in pairs. Had one small defect (a small crack in a mounting bracket) that was beyond anyone's control and once again customer service was fantastic, responding to my questions and concerns ASAP. I have a lot of confidence in their after-the-sale service. For me that's critical, especially for something fairly expensive like this. Solid product, fast, reasonably priced, fun, and great customer service. That's a recipe for perhaps even a THIRD scooter! If you're on the fence, just buy it. You'll be very happy you did. Read more
Top notch performance, safe, too much fun, I LOVE IT!!! Okay so I have had this for a year now, I am over 50 years old and I commute to work on very busy streets with it. I go about 30 MPH and for me that's rolling at a pretty good speed. it will roll over street debris with no problem. Easy to turn, stops quickly enough, excelerates smoothly, and I can keep on going for a good 20 miles. I do wear a full face helmet when riding but I feel comfortable when riding and am confident I am visual to other vehicle drivers. The low placed headlight makes the night road easily identifiable and the brake lights provide additional caution to others. I am still so happy with my Circooter. I have even ridden off road on both dirt and gravel, no problem handling my ride! EXELLENT PRODUCT, TOP OF THE LINE!!! Read more
Nice scooter. The light stays on when not plugged in now and the charge port came loose and popped out. Customer service seemed good and going to ship out parts to fix. Gave them order number from Amazon and they can’t find it so they can’t help me. I am 3 days out of delivery window or I would return it. Update: not even a year old and now this is just taking up space in my garage not working at all. I am looking at a similar scooter by the brand my street scooter is from. This company is garbage. 11/20/2022: Revising back up to 4 stars for improved handling of the return. The seller contacted me through Amazon and made both an effort to replace the scooter AND offered a compensatory gift. While I didn’t feel the gift was necessary, I did ask for a refund, which was processed immediately. In speaking with them several times over the course of a few days it was clear that they do care about their product and the satisfaction of the customer. Not sure what happened with my support request through their website, but support through Amazon was outstanding. I decided to look at ebikes instead of scooters, but if I were to go back to scooters, I would look at Circooter first. 11/16/2022: Revising down to 2 stars. Only ONE day after receipt, the scooter stops immediately after pushing the accelerator with an E16 error. According to the manual that is a motor fault. Also not consistently keeping the bluetooth connection with the app. Used the support portal at www.circooter.com to request support. Never heard from them. UPS just picked it up for return. No support = no customers. What’s excellent: • SOLID design and build. • Quick fold and lock of the center column AND the handlebars. • Adjustable handlebar height • Bright headlight well positioned • Directionals and Under-glow lights • Wide, comfortable deck • Zero assembly. (I don’t consider attaching the bag assembly) • Torquey 800W motor handles most hills adequately • Cruise control?!? • Robust charging port • App has a lot of features The Weak: • Despite powerful 800W motor, it couldn’t even carry my 190# self up a 15% grade, much less a 20-25% grade as advertised. Maybe a 150# person could’ve done it @ 3 mph, but for me, it quit after about 150 meters. • Battery only lasted about lasted about 6 miles (again, 190#, turbo mode, and a fair number of hills. Although I *needed* turbo for the hills) • Spaghetti-mess of wires on the handlebars is ugly and could snag a branch. Needs wrapped. • Suspension is really stiff. You feel everything and I can see rattle fatigue being an issue on longer or bumpy tides. • Display is very low-resolution. Looks like a refugee from like 2010. Smaller numbers are hard to read—especially while in motion. • Rear kickstand isn’t super stable and scrapes when going over rocks and curbs. This scooter definitely offers a pretty substantial upgrade to the 350W (mfr. claimed 540W peak) scooter I had before. I live in SoCal and hills are a fact of life, but this scooter easily handled most of the hills in my neighborhood, only dropping to 10mph in turbo mode on a 6% grade. Not so great on the really steep 15% hill, but fortunately it’s not one I travel frequently anyway. Not thrilled with the display, but it’s functional. Guess I could strap my phone to it if I really want a nice display. I’m primarily using it to run my dog a bit more, so it more than meets my needs. But I think if I were shopping for something that I would use more off-road, or even for a longer distances, I would definitely look at scooters with at least 1000W motors. Or maybe 800W at each wheel. Read more
