I put these at the back of my mouth, one on each side and use it for about 10 minutes in the morning and in the evening, it totally adds a lot of muscle to your lower jaw line and gives you a fuller look and tightens loose skin. Highly recommend. Read more

They seem to work, but might not be good for me
These do provide resistance and helps build up jaw muscle strength, but I find that when I sleep without them in, I tend to grind my teeth. My dentist recommended getting a mouth guard to prevent any dental damage by grinding my teeth, I don’t thing building up jaw strength is good for me to do if it going to damage my teeth by grinding with more force.
