I really like the fit, my head seems to be larger than average and it fits me fine. These style hats are usually meant to sit a little higher on the head, this one sits just above my ears. The shorter brim is nice, it's not too short, maybe an inch shorter than other 5 panel hats. Overall it seems to be quite well made. If you're like me, you read the comments about the sizes and thought maybe i'll give it a shot. To be more specific about the size - the actual 5 panel section of the hat is pretty tiny. If you have a large head (you know who you are) id stay away from this hat :( Read more
I am a female who recently finished chemo. WOO! When I first found out I would lose my hair, I went on a search to find some cool hats. These are awesome! Not only do they come plain, with no visible logo, so they match everything, they are short bill! I also have a small head, and these fit great! The only complaint I have is that there isn't a spot to put the adjustable strap. I ended up just tucking it into my hat but it would be nice to have a spot to slide the excess strap through. Wanted a cute, plain hat to throw in my bag for unexpectedly sunny days, or to wear hiking / errand running. I have an exceptionally small head for an adult, and I love the Clape 5-panel hats. YES, they are shallower than a traditional ball cap, and the brim is smaller. If you are on the petite side, it's PERFECT. If I wear an adult baseball hat I look like a little kid borrowing something from my dad. My only gripe is that there's no place to tuck the strap in once it's tightened, but I may just make a slit with an Exacto knife - problem solved. Keep in mind that depending on the color, this ships from China and WILL TAKE A WHILE. Read more
