I returned this hat the moment it arrived. The combination of the price tag and shockingly low quality is unacceptable. The brim is crooked and it feels incredibly cheap. The material of this hat is nice and lightweight so it is great for active use. The material is breathable which is great for moisture wicking. The adjustable strap works well and allows it to fit properly. My only issue is that the material is a bit flimsier than I would prefer but it does make it lightweight. Read more

This is unusual, because I have a big head (insert your punchline here) and many caps bind and give me headaches. This one won't, and it's made for running, super light and comfortable. ➕PLUSES +Quality. 100% nylon, thin and breathable. The mesh is a nice feature, as are the flat seams and soft lining. There isn't a loose thread anywhere. The underside of the brim also has a thin layer of foam padding- not sure why, but it's testament to thoughtful construction. Maybe it'll keep the brim's form better. +Comfort. Ahh. The cap fits like a running cap should, soft and light enough to make you forget it's there. +Price. I dug around on Amazon, and this is the average price point for a cap, and probably a little low for a quality piece of running apparel. ➖MINUSES None. ☞TAKEAWAY The CLAPE Breathable Mesh Baseball Cap is excellent. I got this hat to wear for running and pickleball since I tend to sweat pretty heavily. The fit on this hat is great. It sits above the ears and has a nice close fit on my head. The ventilation is nice and the lightweight material dries pretty fast. The hat soaks up the sweat from my brow and shades my eyes from the sun when outside, so it does its job. If I pick nits, I would like even more ventilation with pinholes throughout rather than just the vent strips on the sides. I also don't love the "Sports Fashion" tag on the back of the hat and cut that off. Otherwise, great hat. Read more

I got this hat so I could try and avoid sunburns from my son's soccer games. It's definitely light and cool. It seems ti fit okay. I wish there were more color choices than just white because it's asking to get dirty. Quality-wise, it's just okay. I still still use this because it's nice to have something to shade my eyes and protect my forehead from sunburn. Read more
