I work in the electrical construction field and there is a certain point where we no longer have to wear hard hats. But even when we're no longer required to wear a hard hat I like to wear baseball cap because they keep you from getting your head scratched on tiny nails sticking through roofing or working in metal framing it's just always good to have something on your head. The problem with regular baseball caps is that the bill blocks the light from your headlamp. So with this hat I'm able to have some head protection and clear visibility for my headlamp.
