Fine detail stitching from ankle to toe but otherwise unadorned, the look is appealing to me. The leather uppers have a nice feel to them, supple yet sturdy, with a sheen and uniform color. The style is sleek and conservative such that they're appropriate for work, a nice night out, or even a classy event. I've got a pretty standard size (11) and shaped foot and these fit extremely comfortably, snug enough on the sides with just enough room at the toes and heel. I'm always nervous about getting shoes online since sizes can vary a decent bit between brands, but these were perfectly true to my normal size. They also come with some really nice padded insoles making these comfy for all day wear. The soles have good grip, though they do squeak a little against certain hard/tile floors. (I'm hoping the squeaking goes away once they're a bit more broken in.) This shoes are one the most comfortable shoes I've ever wear. I got it for an event and I was on my feet for 5 hours, walking and dancing and my feet did't hurt at all even though it was the first time I used them. The cushioned insole gives excellent support but I what really love is the sleek design since I can pair with jeans as well for a more casual look. I love the slip on convenience and the stretch potions on each side make them easy to put on and take off. The quality of the materials feels durable like any other clarks shoes I got before.
