Exceptional after sale service
I have an issue with these shoes. First I want to say they appear to be very good quality. But I have extremely wide feet. And limited flexibility in my ankles. So it made it extremely difficult for me to put them on. But that wasn't the store's fault or the product. 3.5 stars. 5 stars for the actual shoes, they fit and wear well over time. However in ordering these, it took three returns and re-buys to get two shoes that were the same size. Sizes were marked right in the shoes but they were notable different. The last pair came in a different box and finally was right. Unsure if there is old inventory they're trying to offload, but frustrating none the less. Read more
