Scuffs on the left boot

I really like the way they fit and feel but they arrived simulate packaged well yet theleft boot showed has some serious scuff scars on the top and toe.I tried to rub out the marks with a clean, damp cloth, but no luck. Those photos are taken before and after the fact. Sadly, I’m gonna have to return them as I was planning to wear them for an event tomorrow night. I hope the next pair shows up looking great but it does make me concerned about how well they will wear over time based upon the appearance of these new ones. Maybe I will order the shiny black instead ? Read more

I tried this boot in a size 7 AND a size 7-1/2 & the heel of my foot slid up & down in both sizes with every step I took. I tried an insert too & all that did was press my foot to the top of the boot & it wasnt uncomfortable. I have high arches though so maybe this was the issue? Read more
