I think these boots are awesome. I get compliments all the time. I bought these for my new job. I went from sitting on my last job to standing all day on my new one. I wore these all day yesterday and loved them. The leather is so soft. Maybe not as durablely made as some Clarks but still very nice. I think they run true to size also. I am a size 7 with a normal width. Everyone said they ran small and narrow. So I ordered a 7.5 wide, and a 7 wide. Both were huge! Sent them back and ordered a 7 and it fit perfectly. So not sure what kind of feet these other people have?? The padding on foot bed is not the greatest but still comfy. I will buy a second pair in brown. FYI, if you have a normal size foot, buy your normal size. Read more
These turned out to be perfect because I am a narrow width. So for medium width people be aware they run narrow. The length is true to size. The suede is good quality leather. I noticed a few people have said the sole is too thin. I think it’s just normal. Not thick rubber like a snow or hiking boot but it is thinner rubber for non skid. There's minimal padding of the inner sole, but I think an insert would cure that issue if you need it. Overall very satisfied. Read more

There were mixed reviews on these boots, but I was in need of comfortable walking shoes for a recent work trip to France, and after spending a couple of hours at the mall without success, I took a chance on these. Other reviewers have commented on the lack of a pull strap on the back, but honestly, it's not that big of a deal. The leather is so soft (kind of like the leather used for purses) that I had no problem getting them on. I ordered a 10, and they're true to size. I received the boots 2 days before my trip and knew I'd have to try them out, so I wore them to work (with bare feet) for both days and had no rubbing, soreness or blisters at all (since these land above the ankle, I was a bit worried). They remained comfortable on my 30 hour travel day, and throughout the trip! My step counter logged 14 miles in 3 days in these shoes, all WITHOUT issue!! If I could change anything, it would be to lose the buckle strap. It's just ornamental, but I think it detracts from the Chelsea boot style a bit. Read more
