Honestly extremely surprised with these suitcases. They are very sturdy, I have brought them with me on multiple trips, and moving. The carry-on bag is what I use the most, and the front part where the zipper flaps down is sometimes unreachable if the main inner part of the carry-on is packed too much. Otherwise I have used all suitcases to their extent with no tearing. Within the first couple trips, the usage was good. Then the front flap of my carryon popped out of the suitcase, but it was actually quite easy to pop back in, could even have added glue to make sure it stayed securely, but it hasn’t popped out again since. The wheels are very nice, very smooth, I don’t feel I have any issues walking with or without assistance from a strong man (and I travel about twice or 3 times a month, airline, train, hotel, cruise, you name it, I am a travel agent). It does collect scratches but I’m one of those “cover your suitcase in stickers” person because I have so many stickers. This also has been extremely helpful to identify my luggage, as many people do have this same Amazon luggage bags. It is very light compared to other suitcases of cloth that I’ve had (for example). Most of the weight when I fly is obviously in my clothes, and I love that fact. Each bag carry’s the amount of clothes it needs, and if you tried to overpack (like what I did with my carryon bag) you may stretch it past its limit. Just take care of your bags. Honestly I didn’t think I would use it, and I didn’t for many months, but my favorite part of this set is the toiletry bag. It is very sturdy, it has man compartments on the inside. I hold everything from q-tips to floss pics, I put all my liquids in there and it’s never spilled out even if they explode on the inside. Ive even broken a mini-perfume bottle, and I didn’t notice for a very long time, it even held the glass very well. It is very strong, good material. It is also smooth (not sure the material actually) and the handle on the top is super cute. Absolutely love the toiletry bag, and if they provided other bags of the same material, I would buy more of those toiletry bag material bags lol. Overall, best purchase I’ve made as an adult! Will be using next week.. so might need to update, but so far, the quality seems legit. The outside pocket is gonna be a game changer. the smoothness of the wheels and their rotation are fantastic (again, this in the peace of my own home..airport to be decided). The thickness of the shell is solid and seems very protective of the inside. The inside has 3 compartments-- 2 of which are on the opposite side of loading. This was awesome. I got this for my college classes and it is holding up strong. I can put all my textbooks in it. I don’t have to keep running to my car or going all over the place and trying to swap things out. I can just throw everything in it and it works amazing. It has a hard shell. The wheels are never getting jammed and they move. Great the handle is awesome. I mean It’s really really greatly made. I I had been skeptical about it cause I had seen some posts here that I was showing some wear and tear and I’m not sure what they’re doing, but I have seven textbooks in this from anatomy and physiology to pharmacology to fundamentals of health to pediatric care all different types of nursing textbooks +3 or four different notebooks with multiple subjects folders extra storage little compartments for pens and things like that I mean so it gets very much used. It has been through the ringer already and it’s still going strong. It’s not had a single hiccup. I cannot complain I had to roll it through a mud puddle the other day it didn’t get jammed up nothing I live on a country road, so my driveway is all gravel. Never had any issues with it. it’s awesome. I definitely would suggest it for a college alternate book bag kind of thing. I also had to go on a seminar about two weeks ago and I took this with me and it was able to hold five days worth of clothes, huge bottles of shampoo and personal hygiene items I was able to just put in my shoes, my jewelry without it getting tangled it was really awesome. I cannot complain and I was able just to roll it onto the airplane with no issues. No check in bag extra fees. It was really really great and I cannot complain. It is worth every penny. I love my new luggage! The side opening was very useful on our recent trip. I was able to carry on my laptop and kindle and other travel documents easily fit inside. It is a great value for my money, the color is very appealing and the rollers rolled like a dream. Huge upgrade from my old luggage. Use the medium and small one time. The small one broke - the part that covers the computer busted. Also the inside zippers on the medium one broke after ONE zip! Can’t return it because it’s been used….do not buy! Read more
