I am getting older, in my 50's now and I have notice a lack of energy and motivation. Definitely a bummer from all the energy I had in my 20's and 30's, even 40's. I was actually looking for a nitric oxide booster for more energy but the Hawthorn ingredient in this is an excellent source for that and I don't like using the lozenges type supplements and you just get better results when your supplements are absorbed in your mouth instead of using a pill (I read a medical study about that) Anyway, I liked that this is in liquid form and I figured I would have to add it to some kind of drink because of a bad taste but absolutely not. This has a very pleasant taste so you can take it however you like. I can tell you that there is no miracle supplement you can find that will instantly give you any massive energy boost but supplements are still important to stay healthy as you get older. It says to use this twice daily but sometimes I forget and only use it once a day. I like to take it when I first get up in the morning to help get me going. I have been using this for about a month now and it really helps me to get going in the mornings instead of taking an hour to get good and awake and ready to go and I now feel more energy during the whole day so I am finally getting all these things done around the house that I have kept putting off doing. This has some really good ingredients for what you are paying for and I have found it to actually give me some real results after trying other supplement that were just a total waste of money. I have a gene defect in my left leg causing problem with blood flow so this has been a great help in that area too. Trust me, don't mess around if you have any kind of blood flow problems or they will only get worse if you don't address the problem as soon as you know about it. I was recently diagnosed with hypertension. My blood pressure was elevated, and my heart was pounding. I saw an ad for this product and recently discovered it. Since purchasing, I used this daily and it has helped to get my blood pressure in control. The taste is good and the products are great. I am a high advocate now for Cayenne pepper and this has a good amount. Easy to use just two drops a day and I am good. Also, last for quite a bit I’ve now had it for over a month or two. Why have I not heard about this product!?! My husband decided to order this and I'm so grateful. Once I started taking this every morning after breakfast it only took a day or so to notice the difference in how I felt with my energy level. I started to have more energy and was able to feel so much better as far as body aches. I'm also taking other supplements from the same company and before ordering other supplements I read about the company and the reviews to make sure the product was transparent on the ingredients. I was not disappointed. The taste is great, kind of sweet. There is no after taste and it goes under your tongue as suggested. I keep it refrigerated since some of the supplements from this brand does indicate that they should be once opened. Read the label. I haven't had any issues with Digestion and it's really easy to take after a meal. The pricing point is super affordable. I really like that the other supplements are at a great price as well. I've been using these drops for about 3 months now. Due to some other serious health issues I have I decided to take the holistic approach.
