I have struggled with acne for years, I wear make up, but have always been diligent with washing my face. I always thought it was hormonal until I got these. I can use two makeup remover towels for my face and then go in with these and to make up remover gel and still get product off my face that I couldn’t see with my naked eye! I decided to try these because of the reviews and the marketing pushing them at me. I do not typically want to throw away a towel every time I use it so I will not be using these all the time. These will be very useful when I do not want to spread germs. They will be very good for traveling. They have a good thickness and do not tear easily. They are probably better than my paper towels. They are definitely softer than my paper towels and I buy soft ones. The texture is great for using on my face. These do not cause any additional irritation or dryness. They absorb well and can be rinsed and used again. By this I mean they can remove make up, go through a round of facial cleanser. Then clean your counter or switch to body.
