I bought both the hard water stain remover and the drill brush set. I actually only used the white scrubbing pad from this set, and it cleaned the shower doors without scratching them. It was simple to attach to the drill, and the pad stayed in place. I simply poured some of the cleaning product onto the scrubbing pad and started cleaning. It becomes a little "gluey" quickly, so I just dipped the pad into a little water and kept going. It made a previously horrendous and ineffective task very quick and easy. My shower doors were in bad condition, I had tried many products, both natural recipes and commercial products (I am in an extremely hard water area), none of which were very effective, and required so much work, I was ready to give up until I found the combination of this brush set and the cleaning product. Easy to assemble, appreciate the number of different types of brushes and scrub pads. Used to scour a 20+ year old bathroom enclosure. Con: The flat scrub pads are intended to stick by friction to the flat panel attachment that attaches to the drill. The pads don't stay on, the teeth don't grab firmly, and they get wonky and off-center almost immediately. I was constantly turning the drill off and recentering the scrub pads. None of them stayed on long enough to do the entire bottom of my bathtub -- not a huge job. I can't even imagine doing something more intense, like an oven, floor, or table top, that's larger than a tub. The pads would go flying off constantly, which would be an irritant. Read more

These things are not messing around, super sturdy, they will definitely scrub the living heck out of whatever you use them on. Just be very aware of what you are doing when using the brushes, power drills have way more oomph that you might imagine. ; ) Story time/Cautionary tale… Powerful drill + stiff brush bristles + any liquid or semi liquid matter= Forceful and wide spray pattern. So I saw this awesome thing on Pinterest where you mix baking soda and vinegar into a paste like consistency and put it on baking sheets to lift up old grime, rendering them sparkling clean. Sounds pretty awesome to me! So I proceed mix the paste and I slather it all over my baking sheet and I let it sit, then I get the bright idea to grab one of these brushes, throw it on the drill, and scrub away the yuck. Brilliant in theory. Not so much in reality. As I eagerly run the drill brush along the length of the pan, it sprays the concoction about 6 feet in every possible direction! Myself, the counters, the cabinets, the window, the curtains, my appliances and sink were completely covered in homespun cleaning muck. The only concern I see with these is not every household has a cordless drill; however, these things are awesome and investing in a drill is worth your time so I encourage it. We all have extremely busy lives and yet the responsibilities of cleaning and maintaining our homes remains. These save so much time. Great product! Read more
